What the job is really like
Every vacancy includes relocation, help with opening the visa, and a personal manager who stays with the candidate until they start work.
Relocation
You move to the city of the job in Belarus or Russia. The work is done there, not from India.
Training and experience
Most vacancies need no experience. The employer trains you on site. Any trade or certificate a job asks for is listed in the vacancy.
Shift patterns
Each employer sets its own shift pattern, and it is written into the contract. Ask your manager for the exact pattern before you accept an offer.
Winter in the North
Noyabrsk, Khanty-Mansiysk, Nizhnevartovsk and Irkutsk have long, dark, very cold winters, often below -20 °C. Summers are short. Bring warm clothing.
Hostel accommodation
We arrange a hostel room from your arrival, and the employer pays for it. We also handle your migration registration within the legal deadline.
Who you work for
You work for the employer named in your vacancy. We are the recruitment agency, and the employer decides who is hired.

Who we cannot help
Some applications cannot go ahead, whatever the vacancy. These are the main cases.

- You have a criminal record, and the work permit for the job requires a police clearance that you cannot get.

Do I need experience?

No. The employer issues the invitation and the work permit, and we prepare your documents and obtain the visa. If you already hold a valid visa, tell us when you apply and we will explain whether it can be used for the job.
Is there a fee for candidates, ever?

How long does the process take?
It depends on the employer's work permit and on consulate appointment times, which neither we nor you control. Plan for several weeks to a few months from your first complete set of documents. We cannot guarantee any date, but we will tell you which stage your application is at.
Who is my employer, and who is my manager?
Your employer is the company that offers the job. It signs your employment contract, issues the invitation and the work permit, and decides who is hired. Your personal manager is our staff member who stays with you until you start work.
