Who we are

Nordkaam Overseas Services Pvt Ltd (trading as Nordkaam), registered at No. 24, 3rd Floor, Residency Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025, India, registration number U74999KA2024PTC187452, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about your data go to privacy@nordkaam.com, which also reaches our grievance officer.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and the password hash created when you register.
• Application data: date of birth, nationality, passport number, city, profession, years of experience, English level, visa status, preferred destination and any notes you add.
• Documents you upload: passport, visa or work permit, CV, diploma and trade certificates, police clearance and medical certificates.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our server logs and by the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which runs on every page of this site.

Why we use it

• To assess your application and match you with employers in Belarus and northern Russia.
• To obtain your invitation and work permit and to prepare the documents that consulates, migration authorities and employers require.
• To contact you about your application by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To measure the performance of our advertising, where you have accepted advertising cookies.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to comply with the legal obligations that apply to overseas recruitment. Marketing measurement happens only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

• Employers in Belarus and Russia that we shortlist you for. We send your profile and the documents required for that specific vacancy.
• Government bodies involved in your employment abroad: the consulates of Belarus and Russia in India, their migration and labour authorities, and the Indian eMigrate system where applicable.
• Service providers who act on our instructions: hosting, email delivery, document attestation and travel booking partners.
• Meta Platforms, if you accept advertising cookies. In that case Meta receives the fact that you visited a page or submitted a form, not your documents.

We never sell your personal data, and we never publish your documents.

How long we keep it

Application data and documents are kept while your application is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we can offer you new vacancies and prove to authorities how a placement was handled. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to advertising measurement, or complain to the relevant data protection authority. Uploaded documents can be deleted by you at any time from your account page. For anything else, write to privacy@nordkaam.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

Documents are stored outside the public web root and are served only to you and to our verification team over an authenticated connection. Passwords are stored hashed.

Children

Our services are only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process the data of minors.
