About the company

Nordkaam is a recruitment agency operated by Nordkaam Overseas Services Pvt Ltd, registered in India at No. 24, 3rd Floor, Residency Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025, India. We find candidates for employers in Belarus (Minsk, Brest, Gomel) and in the Russian North (Noyabrsk, Khanty-Mansiysk, Nizhnevartovsk, Irkutsk).

Our role

We are not the employer. The employer decides who is hired and signs the employment contract with you. The employer issues the invitation and the work permit. We prepare your documents, apply for your visa, book the flight and the hostel, and meet you on arrival.

Applying through this site does not guarantee a job, a work permit or a visa. The migration authorities and the consulates of Belarus and Russia decide whether a work permit or a visa is issued.

Relocation

Every job requires you to move to the country of the job: Belarus or Russia. The work is not done from India.

How we are paid

Employers pay us a recruitment fee when they hire a candidate. Candidates pay nothing: not for the introduction, the visa or the flight. Indian emigration law restricts charging emigrant workers for placement, and we do not do it.

Our licence

We recruit under licence B-1284/KAR/PART/1000+/5/10031/2024. You can ask us for a copy of the licence and the employer's demand letter before you accept any offer.

What we handle

Matching you with an employer, the employment contract, the invitation and work permit, the visa at the consulate in India, translation and notarisation of your documents, the medical examination, flights, the meeting at the airport, the hostel, migration registration, and support in your language while you settle in. Accurate information and genuine documents. An application with false information or forged documents will be closed.
