1. Who provides the service

This website is operated by Nordkaam Overseas Services Pvt Ltd ("we"), registered at No. 24, 3rd Floor, Residency Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025, India, registration number U74999KA2024PTC187452. We hold recruitment licence B-1284/KAR/PART/1000+/5/10031/2024.

2. What we do

We introduce candidates to employers in Belarus and northern Russia. When an employer makes an offer, we coordinate the invitation, the work permit, the visa, document translation, the medical examination, and the travel and arrival arrangements described on this site. We act as a recruitment agency and not as the employer. The employment contract is between you and the employer. Every job requires relocation to the country of the job: Belarus or Russia.

3. No fees for candidates

We do not charge candidates for job placement, the invitation, the work permit, visa processing or relocation support. Our fee is paid by the employer. If anyone asks you to pay them to get a job, report it to us at once.

4. What we do not promise

We are a recruitment agency, not the employer. Applying does not guarantee a job offer, a work permit or a visa. We cannot guarantee that an employer will select you, that a work permit will be issued, or that a visa will be granted. Those decisions belong to employers, migration authorities and the consulates of Belarus and Russia. Salary ranges shown on vacancy pages are provided by the employer and may change before a contract is signed.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older.
• The information and documents you give us must be true, your own, and valid. Falsified documents end your application and may be reported to the authorities.
• Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about offers.
• Keep your account password confidential.

6. Your documents

You allow us to share the documents you upload with employers and authorities involved in your placement. You can delete uploaded files from your account at any time; doing so during an active visa process may stop that process.

7. Ending the relationship

You can stop your application and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that submits false information or misuses the service.

8. Liability

We are responsible for providing our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts of employers, carriers or government bodies, nor for losses that were not foreseeable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
